Online Mediation Process
- Parties agree to mediate
- Choose the technology to be applied for mediation
- Choosing the Dispute Resolution Provider to resolve their disputes
- Going through the rules and procedures of the chosen Dispute Resolution Forum.
- Select Mediator (from among the Mediators panel of AMA)
- Schedule Mediation
- Mediation Session in the Resolution Centre
- Parties Settle & Agreements
- Award and Case closed
