Execution

The MEDIATOR AFFAIR (ODR/ Support) platform is easily accessible, requiring only a phone and computer with a webcam, to conduct a Mediation or Arbitration from anywhere. If parties have determined their matter is appropriate for a dispute resolution, you can submit a case inquiry by completing the form below or by contacting us directly at mediate@odrsupport.com or at arbitrate@odrsupport.com

An ODR/ Support Case Administrator will then help parties select a neutral or arbitrator from the panel of AMA or from among the panel belong to the institutions like ICADR, ACMC and CSS in India and other leading institutions, NGOs belong to different nations (with whom AMA is associated with: detailed in the list of Associates or Alliance Partners) so as to assist in the case convening and resolving process.

Once the mediation/arbitration session has been scheduled, confirmed participants will receive information about how to access the ODR/ Support mediation/arbitration session, including dial-in instructions with a link to access the video portion of the session.

The parties will receive a fee agreement and confidentiality agreement which must be completed and returned in order to confirm the mediation/arbitration session.

Cancellation Policy

ODR/ Support has a two business day cancellation policy. Request for cancellations should be received in writing no later than two business days before the session date and sent to all parties and to AMA at: mediate@odrsupport.com or arbitrate@odrsupport.com

If a request for cancellation is received without two business days advance notice, AMA will make every attempt to reschedule the neutral/arbitrator time with another matter. However, if AMA cannot reschedule, the party canceling the mediation/arbitration is responsible for all fees associated with the reserved time.
